Frequently Asked Questions

We provide end‑to‑end logistics across Türkiye, leveraging strategic gateways such as Istanbul/Ambarlı and Haydarpaşa, İzmir (Alsancak), Mersin, Gemlik and Bursa for ocean, and IST, SAW and ADB for air freight, with road and rail links that connect Anatolia to the EU, CIS and MENA corridors. Our teams coordinate port operations, free zones and bonded/non‑bonded warehousing, and handle customs under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union for industrial goods (A.TR), preferential trade via EUR.1/FTAs where applicable, and special regimes like Inward Processing (DİR) and Temporary Import. We also arrange cross‑border trucking via Kapıkule (BG), İpsala, Hamzabeyli, Sarp (GE), Habur (IQ) and Gürbulak (IR), and support temperature‑controlled and dangerous goods flows in line with GDP/IATA/ADR/IMDG. Below are answers to common questions about export, import and domestic distribution, typical transit times, seasonality (including Bayram holidays), and best practices for packing, insurance and compliance.

Yes, for compliant cargo with proper UN classification, packaging, labeling and documentation. We coordinate with certified carriers and require MSDS and DG declarations prior to booking.
Do you offer domestic distribution within Türkiye?
Yes. Nationwide FTL/LTL road distribution, milk‑runs, cross‑docking, and courier options for e‑commerce fulfillment from our hubs in Istanbul and İzmir (and partner sites in Ankara, Bursa and Mersin).
